The Idea
Born out of real frustration -finding accommodation in Jharkhand meant endless WhatsApp groups and broker calls. There had to be a better way.
Official Registration
1STAY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED incorporated in Jharkhand. The legal foundation was set.
Customer Feedback Phase
Collected real feedback from property owners and tenants. Studied competitors. Identified the friction -too much manual verification, complex owner onboarding.
Platform Launch - Two Products
Split into 1Stay (public discovery) and 1Stay PMS (property management). Owners now manage everything in PMS and list publicly on 1Stay with one click.
